Mountain Valley Orthopedics in East Stroudsburg, Pa., implemented the Prescribe Fit lifestyle coaching program, according to a Jan. 27 news release.
More than 260 patients are currently participating. The wellness program combines lifestyle management, remote patient monitoring and personalized coaching.
Prescribe Fit also addresses weight management to support strong postsurgical outcomes.
